Our Food Pantry is an expression of Christ's love for us reflected to our community. We humbly seek to serve God by meeting some of people's physical needs. We invite any in need of food assistance of hunger relief to visit us. We also provide donated clothing free of charge to any in need.

In 2015 we:

Provided 4,276 visitors, consisting of 9,943 individuals in 987 unique families and last year with food assistance.

62% of those we served were either seniors or children (some on the most at risk demographics for food insecurity.

Distributed 143,182 lbs. of food to the community.

FYI
All money received by this ministry, besides a $75.00 annual application fee to remain a partner agency of the Lowcountry Food Bank (LCFB), goes to providing food to help alleviate hunger in our local community. All workers are 100% volunteer and all overhead and building costs are covered by the church

Client Choice
Come join us and experience the "Client Choice" format at our food pantry! This format allows our patrons and volunteers a more relaxed setting in a shopping like atmosphere. It gives choice in the items received to the patrons, and we have more time to minister and build relationships in a less crowded environment. Du to COVID 19 restrictions, we may need to provide groceries pre-bagged from time to time.
